The rules are yours. Autonomy is earned.

No enterprise hands real authority to an agent because a vendor promised it would behave. Enterprises do it when they can set the rules themselves and prove afterward that the rules held. That's how Thira works.

Control

You set enterprise policy, and it's enforced on every run, no matter where the request came from. Per agent and per capability, you decide what runs autonomously, what requires a human approval, and what the agent may not do at all. Approval requests reach the right person in Slack, Teams, or email, so approving takes seconds. Connections start read-only. Write access is granted system by system, only when you're ready, and access to every system can be revoked. A single switch stops every agent at once.

Reliability

You grant trust in stages. Any agent can start in simulation, running against real inputs and changing nothing, so you can compare what it would have done with what your team actually did. From there, Thira proposes more autonomy only when an agent's record earns it, and nothing changes until you accept. Actions come with rollback. Where an action can't be rolled back, Thira marks it as such and requires approval before it runs.

Visibility

Every action is logged, attributable, and searchable: what was done, which policy applied, who approved it, and why. Approvals and actions are written back to your systems of record, so the evidence lives where your teams already work. You're not relying on our word. You're reading the record.
