Why we exist

Enterprises will spend $6.31 trillion on IT in 2026, according to Gartner, and industry benchmarks put roughly 40% of IT spend on human labor. Much of that labor is people executing the same repetitive, multi-system work over and over. Demand grows every year, and budgets don't keep pace. The backlog never clears, and there's no capacity left to innovate.

IT leaders know AI should be the answer, and most have tried. What they have to show for it is a stack of pilots that never turned into capacity, because assistants answer questions about the work while people still do the work.
