On the lip of the caldera rim, 300m. higher than the sea-level, the Roussos family created the Hotel Galini at Firostefani 35 years ago. With a strong emphasis on simple traditional decor, and passionate attention to details, we try and continue to offer you our island hospitality.


Our warm and familiar atmosphere promises you unique and unforgettable holidays at the Aegean nymph which was created by smoke, fire and lava.

Galini Hotel is a small hotel, styled and decorated with great charm and typical Santorini flavor, located in the traditional village Firostefani, 700 m from Fira town. Each and every room, is ideal for a unique vacation, that offers you a fabulous view to the caldera, Skaros and the volcano, and the most breathtaking sunsets in the world. Our roof garden with the caldera view is where we serve breakfast in the morning and cocktails in the evening.

With great attention to the detail and respect to the island's architecture, we have created a small, charming area at the terrace of the hotel with spectacular view to the Volcano and the neighbor islands !

The Galini Cafe welcomes you from the early morning hours serving you the most important meal of the day, breakfast !

Breakfast at Galini Cafe is truly unique with an interesting presentation.

Enjoy our selection of aromatic coffee or tea ,fresh juices, local breads, yogurt, fresh cut fruits, cereals, omelettes, homemade marmalades, honey, french toast.

    Our charming little Hotel is located in Firostefani, hanging at the cliffs, 700 meters north from Fira, the cultural capital of Santorini.     HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL
    Our hotel does not provide transfers. The best way to reach us from Santorini International Airport or Athinios port is by taxi which costs about 20 euros. The duration of the trip is apr. 15 min.
