Recently renovated (2006-2007) 48 elegant guest rooms decorated in warm earth tones, enhanced by satin-finish wooden furniture and a hint of opulence in the fabrics of curtains and bedspreads. The Aressana strives to provide every amenity and refinement expected of a De Luxe Category hotel.  

New additions to the Aressana are the superbly appointed Tefsion Kallos Spa, offering beauty treatments attuned to Santorini, and the Fitness Centre with its state of the art equipment. Including 2 treatment cabins, steam room, Jacuzzi, thermal beds. Savour the delicious Aressana Breakfast Buffet, with menu designed by acclaimed Chef Nikos Pouliasis. The opulent homemade breakfast buffet with International and Santorinian specialties is served adjacent the swimming pool between 08:00 – 11:00 AM. The Breakfast Room in cool turquoise and white opens onto the Pool Deck.

The Main Bar with its discreet Venetian mirrors fills one side of the TV corner with giant flat screen.  Adjacent to it is the unusual fireplace with a Kipris mural sculpture of a silvery shoal of fish on the black chimneybreast.  

The Lounge Terrace with its lovebeds, rattan settees and armchairs, is the perfect place for morning coffee or pre-dinner cocktails facing the sunrise and the East island sea side.  

SHORT ROOM DESCRIPTION: 

Due to limited privacy, the family suites are not recommended for two couples.

Upper floor Suite: These suites are situated on the Upper Level, one flight of steps up from the Lobby. This suite comprises two areas: one bedroom and one sitting room with sofa bed, on which a third person can sleep comfortably (additional charge). The private balcony has a view of part of Fira and the East side of the island. Both areas have air-conditioning and LCD flat screen TV. There is one bathroom.

The suites comprise a bedroom, a sitting area and a bathroom. In addition to standard facilities, guests enjoy satin-cotton bed linen, complimentary wine and fruit basket. The atmosphere is luxurious and romantic, perfect for a couple with a special occasion to celebrate.  Which one will be appointed is subject to availability on the day of arrival.

IFESTIONI RESTAURANT

Ifestioni Restaurant, is Aressana's space devoted to your taste. Fruits, flowers and spicies smelling everywhere, all related to your first morning thoughts! Ifestioni's breakfast and all day menu is a creation of the honored chef Nikos Pouliasis, owner of the famous Koukoumavlos Restaurant in Fira. Taste a breakfast that will travel your mind and will equilibrate you between creativity and health. 

Organic products cultivated by us in Santorini· like; honey from thyme flowers, wild saffron,  fresh black and white figs, fig marmalade, as well as many other local products of high nutritional values, will give you a new dimension of what your mind and body needs to begin the day!
